🌷GENERAL🌷◦ Please read carefully all through the end of this page.
Paying for my services means you have read, understood and agreed toall the Terms and Conditions◦ You can contact me via Twitter or Fiverr, please include all your needs and requests so we can work through things together!◦ Commissions via Fiverr follow a different itinerary due to the website's own limitations, rules and structure◦ I still retain all rights to the work I made for you and may use it as my portfolio or share it on my own social media pages◦ I have the right to refuse every commission I might be uncomfortable with, please don't take it personally◦ Do not share my personal info, as I won't share yours◦ Do not resell my artwork unless I've given you permission to (» more on commercial use in the "use" section)🌷PAYMENT/REFUNDS🌷◦ Payment through PayPal or Ko-fi & in euros (€) only!
Alternatively you can go on Fiverr and follow the process there🌷 I will start working on your commission after receiving the payment, but PLEASE don't send me money until we've discussed your needs together and decided on an action plan.
Additionally, I won't ask you to pay until I am actually ready to work on your request. Until then, please consider yourself on my "waitlist"◦ No refunds unless I cancel your commission myself (I only do so if I find myself in severe situations, but I will definitely communicate that with you) or if I fail to deliver my work within a timeframe of 3 months from payment🌷REVISIONS AND DEADLINES🌷◦ After receiving your payment, here's the revision process:
1) sketch - at this step (and this one only), you will be able to ask me for as many changes as you feel are needed
2) final rendered drawing - at this step, only minor changes or mistakes on my part will be corrected, as you have supposedly given me your approval of the sketch.
Bigger changes will be charged extra.◦ The duration of the process will vary depending on the type of commission (anime/chibi/emotes & headshot/half body/...) and its complexity: an estimated rough timeframe can be from 1~3 weeks, but can be more, can be less.
- Please be patient with me as I am only human, and drawing is not even my main job.
- I will promptly communicate with you in the case of any delays on my side◦ I work following a first come, first served order. If you need your commission by a specific date or in an amount of time shorter than the given turnaround time, you can pay a priority fee, which amounts to €20🌷USE🌷🌷 You will receive a full-resolution watermarked picture and another one without my watermark.
You are free to use the one without watermark for whatever personal project
However, I will kindly ask you to ONLY use the watermarked one when uploading my artwork to your social media. This is to protect both yourself as a paying commissioner, and my personal rights as the creator of the artwork◦ The artworks and prices you are seeing on display on this website are personal use/non-profit use only, commercial use depends on the type of art you're commissioning and has 2 tiers:1) Social Media use: if you're commissioning me for a piece that will be used on monetized platforms like Patreon, YouTube or Twitch (Using as PFP does not require this fee)
2) Merchandize: using my art to create and sell merch like stickers, keychains and such- regular anime/chibi: pricex2 (for social media use) & pricex3 (for merchandise)
- YCH mini chibi: + €15 (for social media use) & + €25 (for merchandise)
- emotes are not subject to this rule, as they're made to use on streaming platforms in the first place🌷 Commercial usage purchased or not, you absolutely CANNOT use my work in anything related to blockchain technology/NFT, nor Artificial Intelligence/AI model image generators.🌷CREDITS🌷◦ When sharing my artworks on your social media, you can credit my Twitter or Fiverr accounts:
